What's your MOQ?

We serve for hoteliers, instead of individual customers. Our minimum order quantity is 40 rooms, negotiable based on your detailed requirement.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Get Free Shipping on all orders over 5 cubic meters due to seashipping requirement! Items are dispatched from China manufacturers and will arrive in 6-8 weeks. Please contact us for more info →

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Bank-transfer is our preferred payment method. For small amounts, we also accept credit cards.

How long will delivery take?

All of our products are custom made to order,thus we can save the cost of keeping inventories. The production time is 4 weeks, plus sea shipping time 3-5 weeks to your door address. Please be aware of that and make proper purchasing & installation schedule.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering, we will send you proforma invoice for deposit payment. After 4 weeks the production is completed, we will send you pictures/video for confirm the balance payment. And then we will ship the goods to your address.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive the invoice for your order.
